I know I've been posting a lot of packs I want and stuff, but I mean I have a lot of ideas so sue me. I think this 3-pack would be really awesome. I mean we absolutely need a new Big Time Spider-Man, so we might as well just give us all three! I think it'd be awesome just to see all three of them finally made. What do you guys think? Let me know below! The idea of Spider-Man being in a situation he needs to become other heroes (and criminals) is a crazy idea, and the fact that someone hasn't taken that idea to a four pack is beyond me. I think it'd personally be very interesting way to bring back box sets like the Urban Legends, Fantastic Four, Fearsome Foes of yesteryear. Picture this: With this set there would be a mix of old and new sculpt, you could easily without a doubt make an all black Pizza Spidey, add the Spider-Woman wings under his arms and BOOM Dusk is done like it was nothing, the other three might require a little bit of new sculpt; but it'd be worth it cause I feel like people would really enjoy this. What do you think? Give your opinion below!
You read the title, this is one of my many ideal DREAM WAVES, I'll post these every so often, with my reasoning for these specific iterations being placed in these waves. Let's get started with my first DREAM WAVE!! It had to be the first one, the Spider-Verse wave, this wave is going to be like a normal Marvel Legends wave, having a certain amount of figures, all coming with a piece to another figure. For this wave I'll narrow it down to 8 figures + the BAF. Here we go! #1: ZOMBIE SPIDER-MANWe would all be lying if we said we wouldn't kill (no pun intended) to see a zombie Spider-Man on the Pizza Spidey body mold, we've NEVER had a ML Zombie Spider-Man, (actually I don't think we've ever had a ML Zombie come to think of it.) This piece would be absolutely unique being that the ONLY Zombie Spider-Man figure was a Diamond Select, it'd be a wonderful piece to have. #2: SPIDER-MAN 1602Something about this concept makes me literally laugh out loud, it's so corny and ridiculous it'd be perfect for a lineup like this. And I mean come on, a 1600's era Spider-Man would be perfect for your collection, wouldn't it? #3: NEGATIVE ZONE SPIDER-MANObscure is a bit of an understatement with this guy. Just finding a picture of him was difficult (which explains the quality of said picture.) But with that being said, this would be such a simple re-paint and it'd be extremely neat to see it come to life, there has only been one figure of this I believe and that was a LONG time ago before Marvel Legends was even a twinkle in Toy Biz's eye. #4: LAST STAND SPIDER-MANHalf way through this lineup and already this seems like an ALL-STAR wave to round out anyone's Spider-Verse collections, considering we will probably never have any of these. This suit just looks nice. And Anthony's Customs did an absolute FANTASTIC job making this figure come to life. #5: IRON-SPIDERThis guy deserves better than what he was given. The two times he was made were both failures in every aspect of the word. Put him on the Pizza Spidey mold (cause come on Hasbro milk that puppy until you can't do it anymore.) Give us all the Iron Spider we deserve. Or fingers crossed Hasbro makes an Infinity War wave with the MCU Iron Spider, that'd be cool too. #6: SPIDER-MAN OF INDIAPavitr Prabhakar would be a worth add to this wave, not only for the culture appreciation; but he'd be another easy as pie character to make. I see no reason why he couldn't be brought to life. #7: DOCTOR OCTOPUSWell this came out of left field huh? Here's how I see it. Doc Oct is a staple for the Spider-Verse considering at this time in the comics he is the Superior Spider-Man. Since we already have a figure of him, why not give fans something they've been asking for? I think this would be a great way to give fans a classic Doc (granted I know this isn't how he looked when he became superior) but it'd still be an awesome way to give fans what they've been asking for for quite a long time. #8: JAPANESE SPIDER-MANAnyone who knows me should have seen this coming, I will forever hold on to the hope that we will get a Japanese Spider-Man figure, and it was a shock to me to see him in the Spider-Verse comic. Which means there is still hope for the character! B.A.F: LEOPARDONIt's about time Marvel Legends go back to the giant, amazing Build A Figures. I think Leopardon would be an excellent way to bring back some nostalgia for the olden days of the Toy Biz era. And I mean, you're crazy if you say you wouldn't want a giant Spider-Man robot in your collection, I know I do. So everyone, that's the list! Let me know your thoughts below, what's your dream wave? Who would you like to see on the shelf one day. Give me your opinions below! I am excited to read them, thanks everyone!
I don't think I have ever disliked a single Spider-Man costume, truly not one comes to mind that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. That being said, I would love to see a lot more figures being made. And with such oddities as Spider-Punk being made. I don't think many of this are very far off. Below is a list of a few I would like to see, with a few thoughts under. If you have any you'd like to see, comment below! Give me your ideas and opinions! There you are! That's just a few, I made remake an entry like this at some point again when I can think of more. But all these would be pretty awesome additions to anyone's Spider-Verse collections!
